Shipping Information
We are not responsible if an order is delivered to the wrong address provided by the shipper. Please double check your delivery address before placing an order.
Once your order has been placed (including subscriptions), we are unable to cancel it or make any changes to the following: the items in the order, the shipping address, the payment method, or the shipping method.
All orders over $35 are eligible for free standard shipping.
All orders under $35 outside the continental United States (Hawaii and Alaska) will be charged a flat rate of $15 for shipping. We do not ship to Guam, the Marshall Islands, Puerto Rico, or the U.S. Virgin Islands.
If the order contains hazardous materials, there is a $7 flat rate shipping on all orders within the continental United States. The term "hazardous materials" may sound scary, but it simply means that some of our products (made with compressed air or contain alcohol) are regulated during shipping. The following is a list of items that are considered hazardous materials.
We do not currently offer expedited shipping options.
With FedEx Smartpost, your package will be delivered by FedEx to your local post office and then by USPS for final delivery. Typical shipping time is 7 days.
Orders are shipped from our Orlando warehouse Monday through Friday, excluding US holidays.
Due to federal regulations, continuous spray products (such as sunscreen sprays and hand sanitizers) cannot be shipped outside of the contiguous United States or to PO Boxes.
We do not ship internationally, but please email Support@AvaOrtiz.shop to see if our products have arrived at your store!

Returns/Refunds/Exchanges
We hope you enjoy every Ava Ortiz product, but we understand that everyone's tastes are slightly different.
For health and safety reasons, we are unable to process returns or exchanges.
For a replacement or refund, please email Support@AvaOrtiz.shop and include your order number, the email address used at the time of purchase, and the reason for your request.
For returns on orders over $75, the customer will be responsible for shipping back the unopened/unused item.
All requests must be made within 30 days of purchase.
Ava Ortiz offers a limited warranty on products purchased directly from Ava Ortiz or an authorized retailer. Products are warranted against manufacturing defects for 30 days from the date of purchase or the maximum period allowed by law. This warranty does not apply to products purchased through unauthorized resellers.
Payment Information
We accept credit card payments through Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, as well as Shop Pay and Google Pay.
Third-Party Retailer Returns/Refunds/Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with a product purchased from one of our retailers, please return the product to that store along with your proof of purchase.
