We hope you enjoy every Ava Ortiz product, but we understand that everyone has slightly different tastes.
For health and safety reasons, we are unable to process returns or exchanges.
For an exchange or refund, please email Support@AvaOrtiz.shop and include your order number, the email address used at the time of purchase, and the reason for your request.
For returns on orders over $75, the customer will be responsible for shipping back the unopened/unused item.
All requests must be made within 30 days of purchase.
Ava Ortiz offers a limited warranty on products purchased directly from Ava Ortiz or an authorized retailer. Products are warranted against manufacturing defects for 30 days from the date of purchase or for the maximum period allowed by law. This warranty does not apply to products purchased through unauthorized resellers.
Payment Information
We accept credit card payments through Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, as well as Shop Pay and Google Pay.
Third Party Retailer Returns/Refunds/Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with a product you purchased from one of our retailers, please return the product to that store along with your proof of purchase.
